To receive authorization please email info.bloomwholesale@gmail.com within three days of receipt of goods. 

If you have a damaged item email us at info.bloomwholesale@gmail.com within the week. Damages will always be refunded.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 5% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
